The design of outdoor air system in the core area of Beijing Daxing International Airport terminal adopts the combination of outdoor air unit and all air handling unit for outdoor air supply. After actual measurement, it is found that the outdoor air rate is severely insufficient during the transition season, and the indoor effect could not meet the design expectations. To address this issue, commissioning and optimization are made to the operating mode of the unit, and group measurements are conducted to verify the indoor CO2 concentration under different operating modes. The analysis results show that the insufficient outdoor air rate of the outdoor air system during the transition season is caused by the design strategy. Based on the analysis results, the operating strategy of the outdoor air system during the transition season is revised, and the operating frequency of OAU and AHU in different regions is matched. Under this operating mode, the transition season outdoor air system can meet indoor needs while also considering energy saving effects. This provides an operational basis for the subsequent actual operation of the OAU-AHU outdoor air system in Beijing Daxing International Airport during the transition season.
